Along the way, this couple confront their personal demons, difficult pasts and they learn to trust again. The month of June is when they really come into their own, though – our June used to fill this place with vases full of them.

The blurb may read like a romance, but in my opinion, it ticks all the boxes for angst ridden, heart-breaking, all consuming love story. The Minute I Saw You is the perfect summer read, offering a book that’s as smart, funny and sexy as it is tender, heartfelt and poignant. I loved how close they were despite having zero physical intimacy and the idea that they were dating long before they were dating. This was, at times, a truly heartbreaking story and entirely unexpected in terms of where it went for both of the characters.
