Pressing down on his head illuminates the LCD display in the chest with an orange glow -- perfect for checking whether it's time to get up for school on winter mornings -- and snoozes the alarm. The build is essentially a much larger version of the one I already own, utilizing many of the same pieces but a whole lot more of them.The loft itself is enjoyable to build and took us around four hours – but we took extra time cooing over the quirky details. It’s a fairly straightforward build with just 1,483 pieces, so it can be completed in a couple of hours if you stick at it.

I have a few of the kids minifigure link watches and I like them since they are cheap and give you a way bigger variety of link colors.The LEGO Watch System is a comprehensive collection of timepieces, all of which feature interchangeable bezels and bracelet links just like LEGO’s kids watches. You’ll need to put your social life on hold for a good few weeks if you intend to master this mega build – which is one of the largest Lego kits ever created. It’s still suitably challenging however, and took us nearly a week to build, working a couple of hours a day.
