About this deal

It looks great for gaming too, especially with the optional Game Mode that lowers latency, and does a better job of it than most rivals. Premium and elegant frameless design No frame on the front for a bigger screen and more picture that you love. It also comes with all of the other compatibility and accessibility features of the C935 using the same Google TV platform but with the added option of a 55-inch model.

At the time of writing, the 75-inch model wasn’t lined up for a UK release, but we’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

If you demand high-quality sound but don’t have room for a soundbar, you’ll want a different screen. In general, settings are also cleanly and clearly laid out, so it shouldn’t ever take too long to find the option you want and make tweaks as appropriate.

In terms of connectivity, the TCL QLED TV C635Khas all you need to connect it to your other devices. Our favorite feature, however, was the ability to relabel HDMI ports, so we will never again forget if our Xbox is hooked up to HDMI 1 or 2. It has various preset picture modes such as cinema, sports, and games, and users can also change settings such as brightness, contrast, color, and sharpness to their preferences. It has built-in Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Bluetooth connectivity, which means that users can easily connect to the internet or pair the TV with compatible devices, such as soundbars or gaming consoles. The TCL RP620K series of 4K TVs are the first Roku-powered devices from the TV brand to hit the UK, and this budget-friendly selection could tempt anyone looking to upgrade their home cinema display from HD.

Engine, MEMC, Motion Clarity PRO, UHD AI Super Resolution Design Bezel-less Design Dimensions Without stand Width 95. Better blooming is up next, with more dimming zones in place (notably on the C93 and C83 Series) and less halo effects.

In practice, this means that darker scenes may still lack some clarity and bright colours might not be as striking as on more expensive devices. The smaller 43 and 50-inch models, along with the super-sized 85 and 98-inch are not yet prepped for the UK market but that could well change a little later down the line. There’s no Dolby Atmos, with Dolby Audio support instead for the 2x 10W speaker, and your gaming options are also limited, but the P635 is Stadia certified with ALLM at 15ms, and there’s still all of the Google perks, along with TCL Home and Alexa compatibility to wrap up a tidy and affordable package for our friends across the Channel. Its 4K screen with HDR will give you a fine picture quality, and its 60Hz refresh rate means you’ll be able to enjoy gaming up to 60fps if your console can manage that.Gamers looking for a budget screen to play their home console on won't be too disappointed with this device either.
