About this deal

Make your space feel cozy and inviting — find a comfortable place to sit and write, light a candle, put your favorite playlist on, and give yourself time and space to write freely What are the positive things you see in them that you are missing yourself? How can you improve these qualities in yourself? Are they really good friends who genuinely care about you? If you recognize someone as toxic, is there a way you could help them be more positive? Or maybe it’s better to minimize your communication and make new friends? Try these positive self-talk journal prompts to forge a better relationship with your body: Body Positivity Journal Prompts What three things are the most important for you in life? Are you actually prioritizing them on a daily basis? How I Will Make Tomorrow Better. We all make mistakes. And learning from them instead of dwelling on them is key to our happiness. This section helps us to reflect on that and look forward to tomorrow.

These aren’t strict rules, of course. You can take whichever questions you like from any section no matter what age you are, and tune this practice for yourself in any way. Journaling doesn’t have to be time-consuming or complicated – you don’t need special tools or equipment – a pen and pad is sufficient. (Although I love using gorgeous stationery and my favourite journaling pens myself, and using the experience as a form of self-care!) Positivity journaling is an excellent self-care exercise that helps you focus on the things that are good in your life, things that are going well, and the many things to be grateful for that are right in front of you. If you plan on having a longer journaling session, you might want to create an environment that contributes to your time. Consider lighting a candle or two, having a cozy blanket nearby, diffusing essential oils, playing soft music, and getting something to drink like a cup of coffee, tea, or some lemon cucumber water. Blank journals: These are empty inside, and you’ll need to find your own journal prompts. You can find blank journals that are lined and unlined. This may be a current friend, a famous person, or a childhood impression. How exactly they influenced you? Did you notice a mindset change? Is there anything good that happened to you later because of it? And, the most important question: what are 3 things you can start doing today to actually become that version of yourself?

You could set aside some time towards the end of each day to get students to each write something in their positive journals. Using journal prompts for positivity can be a really powerful way to alter your outlook for the better. Deep down we all have a ton of negativity-based views about the world. As you make the effort to gradually change it all into a more positive world perception, you’ll notice your life getting better and yourself naturally feeling happier. Teenagers generally see the world in a more vivid way than adults and experience all the emotions with a sense of youthful exuberance. As their view of the world is still forming, it’s very beneficial to gently implement some positive thinking patterns. If the concept of daily journaling is completely new to you or if you tried it and never knew what to write about, using a guided positivity journal may be the right choice for you.Think about the event/s that have shaped your relationship with your body. Imagine those events and their subsequent influence happening to a friend. Now write a letter to yourself at that time, as a friend, giving advice about what happened, and how it can be reframed more positively. Try to incorporate journaling into your daily routine to see the full benefits, perhaps at the same time and place each day. Who inspires you the most? Why? How can you be more like that person? Final thoughts on using positivity prompts

My favorite hobby is hiking because it gets me away from hectic city life and plunges me into the quiet, solitude, and beauty of nature. There is no place I’d rather be than pushing myself up a steep trail up to the top of a lookout where I can see the entire valley floor. The beauty, the solitude, the birds and wild animals, the colors, the fresh air… there’s just nothing like it.Use these prompts to help you find positive topics to write about in your journal: Positive Writing Prompts
