About this deal

I thought they were going to come with a stand and the keycaps, not just the little paper frame. I was going to sneak the keycaps onto my wife's office keyboard. It seems that the overall perceived sound/speaker stage dimension is more average. It has an average width, above average height ceiling and sufficient immersive depth to give me a fairly middling head room within my aural sense. Star Child Someone recommended this song to me, and I like how funky it sounds and has nice vocals and a mix of music and things going on. Any item returned must be complete with all accessories, hardware, manuals, or instructions, and in the same "new" condition as when it was when shipped to you. Please send us photos or videos of it.

SeeAudio x Z Review Rinko - Same V-Shaped Banger, Now in

The midrange is hit or miss, they don't have a natural presentation of real instruments or vocals. They tend to add this strange sense of volume and extra layering over the instruments, which while interesting feels quite artificial and gets a bit tiring over time. What is a winner though are the ear tips. Very comfortable for me. But I guess that varies with everyone's individual ears. So your milage may vary. Rinko is SeeAudio’s first collaboration with Zeos, who’s the popular youtuber/reviewer. If you have been following Zeos for a little while, you will/should know his library’s preference, in which directly reflects to the tuning of Rinko, if you’re not a fan of his library, perhaps you may skip this review , but if you’re curious to find out how it sounds, read on! For the tonality per se, Rinko has a strong dynamic impression overall, and the planar is effective only in articulating details and expressing a sense of air and finesse. As for tonality, PHOENIXCALL has also V-shaped sonic profile like Rinko which quite more warmer sounding which is more beneficial to all male vocal types and contraltos. As instruments particularly on strings, they sound less natural are they are way too warm that gives a "buttery" and warmer tones on guitars and violins. On treble response, they are quite similar but on upper-mids to presence range, it is way boosted to the point causes shrill, sibilance and strident sound. The SeeAudio Rinko was sent to me by Hifigo in exchange for a review. No incentive was given and all the opinions are my own. The final score is also based on their value for money rather than sheer performance.

Review: Seeaudio x Z Reviews Rinko - Mobileaudiophile

My apologies for the radio silence for the past week or so; my PC is currently undergoing repairs so I decided to take a brief-ish vacation extended over from the Easter weekend. I’ll try to post as much as I can using my “measurement laptop” in the meantime. The coherency between the two balanced armatures and one dynamic driver is quite excellent, I can’t quite point out where the balanced armature or dynamic driver ends. The overall presentation of bass, midrange and treble is smooth and free of any driver phasing inconsistencies.ShibayanRecords, Mitsukiyo, Nagi Yanagi, Yorushika, Kenshi Yonezu, Yoasobi, Ito Kashitaro, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Sawano Hiroyuki, ChouCho, Weaver, Turnover, The Script and Hoyo-Mix. Conclusively, mids is the star of the show here. From vocals to instruments, be it pianos, rhodes, organs, guitars etc., Yume brings joy in this department. As a mid centric myself, I find Yume’s mids a bit on the thin side. But I loved the forwardness and transparency. All in all, I don't have time or the energy to be more exhaustive and precise but I think if you're looking for some amazing bass with spectacular imaging and some pretty decent soundstage (wider than the Monarch, I have to add), this is definitely it.

Fun fact, the Sony EX800ST, together with the Sony EX600, EX1000 and the MDR7550 (which are basically the international version of the EX800ST) have the largest (16mm) dynamic drivers used in IEMs. The lower midrange is recessed and lies in a valley between the bass and upper mids. The exaggerated upper mids result in occasional shoutiness and unwanted resonance but the stifled harmonics can be distracting. Treble Carrying on, the foam of the eartips is very slow to return to it’s original state, leaving a weird emptiness between the silicone and where the foam should be as both parts are not bonded. Finally, I will only evaluate the Rinko based on their performance, even though I will explain how it feels and seems physically and aesthetically. Any item returned incomplete or with physical damage such as scratches etc., excessive signs of use, or abuse will not be accepted for return. The IEMs are built with plastic, which makes them lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods. Despite their plastic build, they do not feel flimsy and are likely to withstand regular use. The case that comes with them is of good quality and should protect the IEMs well.

And like an unhinged sax solo they aren't perfect, but every missed note is just blended into the whole, the mistakes becoming part of that experience. There's genuinely nothing I've ever heard like them. One of the first issues I encountered with these earphones was the eartips. While they fit snugly in my ears, they caused discomfort after prolonged use, and I found myself needing to take breaks from listening to music to avoid discomfort. This is certainly a problem for anyone who enjoys listening to music for extended periods. Most of us would have already known who SeeAudio is, a relatively young IEM brand that initially caught public attention by Yume, Bravery, with their highend Neo, Kaguya being flagship and over the years the company has established itself firmly in the international audiophile community.

Your playlist. It matters and is worth to be considered when reading from a reviewer's perspective. It is apparent that you get to know your favorite reviewer and what they are listening to leisurely and critically. I ran them on my main rig (Spring 3 + Zähl HM-1) - which I know is a bit overkill - and also on my Mojo 2. Playing around with some very broad EQ settings on both by reducing the bass and boosting the treble by just a bit already results in a better/clearer listening experience for me and lets some potential shine through. Instruments and timbre is on the cold and thin side. Not the most natural midrange presentation but is decently acceptable for a V shaped signature. Rinko Touch Keycaps set by Mechkeys.com will come next to match with our Beautiful Rinko IEMs. Stay tuned with us for more details. I swapped the ear tips later testing a variety of others that I had on hand. Including some Dekoni foam tips. The foams matched very similarly to the Renders in sound performance. Using other silicon tips took some of the bass out of the sound but still left a V-shaped IEM. I find the Render or foam tips to be best for overall listening.
