About this deal

The Hypervolt is a home charger we love to install. Not only is it one of the best-looking chargers on the market, but Hypervolt’s support is second to none. In a day where big brands often seem faceless and distant, Hypervolt keeps their installers and customers up to date with clear communication and support. We are always happy to recommend them.” Charge speeds are displayed in the Hypervolt app, with power and energy monitoring fitted as standard. Cable lengths Presenting all four Theragun models side by side, captured during our in-depth testing and comparison session. The Hyperice mission is to help everyone on Earth move, live, and be better. They do this by creating high-tech recovery products to relieve muscle tension and restore your body and mind to their best versions. The company acquired its name from its very first product—a portable ice compression device designed for professional athletes to recover faster and stronger. Nowadays some of their most popular products are their massage guns.

The installer and end user must read and fully understand the safety instructions provided. Disregard of or actions contrary to the safety information and instructions contained in this document, printed on the device or by other way given may lead to one or all of the following: We had the same complaints when we reviewed Theragun Prime because for its high price it doesn’t come with a carrying case. Elite comes with a carrying case while the Mini only offers a small pouch. Theragun Pro G5 has a proper soft case (a change from the previous generation) and an extra small pouch for attachments. Hypervolt is known for making ergonomic, lightweight, low-noise massage guns that provide a restorative percussion treatment to your body. And the Hypervolt 2 Pro is the most advanced, professional, and sleek version yet. We love its five speeds, pressure-sensing technology, and detachable battery. Like all Hypervolts, this massage gun also comes with a one-year warranty, the Hyperice app (which also includes guided meditations to help enhance your health and wellness routines) and is TSA-approved for carry-on. Hyperice isn’t known for making massage guns with solid motors. In fact, their first device had a mere 35lbs. of stall force. They did make the Hypervolt Plus a bit stronger (about 45lbs.) but incredibly weakened their Hypervolt Go device. For Hypervolts, there are 5 attachments for each of the two regular-sized devices. For the Go, there are only 2 attachments included. For Theraguns, there are 4 attachments for Prime, 5 for Elite, 6 for Pro. There are now three attachment for the new Mini 2.0 (the previous mini had only one). The app walks you through creating a Hypervolt account, after which it scans for your charger which will already be connected to your Wi-Fi. Simply select your charger and your smartphone and charger will sync. If a scheduled charge has been set the Hypervolt will glow purple indicating it’s waiting for the charging programme to begin. With an amplitude that we would consider a “sweet spot,” we hoped for a bit more stall force to make this a proper percussive device. Unfortunately that is not the case.

Hyperice

We’re guessing it’s because of the increased amplitude – tends to increase the rattling. You should expect 53-54dB on lower speed levels and at least 63-64dB at the highest speed. These are similar figures as other 12mm amplitude massage guns. My car delivery is due Oct 17th , so I’ll update this review after it’s been in use for a couple of weeks or so, But great Customer service and support so far.👍 After a couple weeks of use it’s safe to say the Hypervolt 2 Pro is out of my league. My muscles are clearly far too supple for its top-end power, meaning I rarely left the comfort of its lowest setting, and found myself too impatient to choose anything other than the shortest routines in the app. Theraguns’ attachments are generally softer than those for the Hypervolts. We also noticed that at least 3 of Theraguns massage gun heads feel about the same (dampener, ball and thumb).

This document is intended to be used as a reference guide for the installation and operation of the Hypervolt Home 2.0 EV Charger. The product images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. Hypervolt Limited reserves the right to make changes to the specifications and processes of the product and documentation at any time and without prior notice. In ‘eco’ mode, the Hypervolt will use the minimum amount of grid-supplied electricity as possible to ensure the Hypervolt charges the EV at the 1.4kW required. There is a close relationship between the stroke length and the stall force (we’ll talk about this later). Priced considerably less than other premium chargers the Hypervolt is a great alternative to the Myenergi Zappi. With its ease of use and many features, the Hypervolt should definitely be near the top of your list of potential chargers to have.

Hypervolt attachments have always been on the “hard material” side compared to Theragun’s soft heads. This guide will provide instructions on how to correctly install and operate your new charger; by reading this guide it will ensure you or if you are an installer, your customer receives the best experience when using the charger. Safety Notice On the performance front, the increased amplitude is a welcome improvement, yet the lower stall force left a bit to be desired. But we have also seen massage gunbrands that make long amplitudes but still keep the intensity high. Ekrin is a good example. Despite their full-sized devices ( B37 and B37s) having 12mm amplitude (sweet spot), the intensity is always at 3200rpm (highest speed). Achedaway Pro is another good example of a device with a long amplitude but with more than enough hits per minute (2800rpm). The Hypervolt has a removable LED plate which should be removed to access the connections and then replaced before the front enclosure (C) is fitted.

At 0.22lbs, this attachment is a bit heavier than the usual heads, but we hope it has no impact on the massager’s balance. We’ll delve into this once it arrives. The Hypervolt Go 2 is Hyperice's smallest, lightest, quietest, and least expensive massage gun with, ironically, the most powerful force. Its slanted rubber handle is easy-to-use, and its noise levels only rise to 55 dB maximum. This device contains a brushless high-torque 40-watt motor that can expel forces up to 3200 rpm. Like other Hypervolt massage guns, the Hypervolt Go 2 comes with a one-year warranty, the Hyperice app, extra head attachments, and TSA approval. The Go has a stall force of about 15 pounds and a stroke length of 10 millimeters, meaning it's not the best choice for deep tissue massage, but is great for a surface-level massage. The CT clamp is hard-wired to the Hypervolt via a separate cable or a combined power and data cable like Doncaster Cables EV Ultra can be used. This makes installation more aesthetically pleasing as only a single cable is used. In early September 2021, Hyperice announced that they were morphing into a “ holistic high-performance wellness brand.” At this occasion, they also decided to changed the logo, now the slanted “H” letter (which, by the way, looks very similar to the new Formula 1 logo, and it so happens that F1 is sponsored by the archrival Therabody. A fun coincidence, no?). New Hyperice logo.

The LED light ring has brightness control, so you can dim or increase the brightness, turning the Hypervolt 2.0 into a bright or soothing nightlight. But we hold a different view when it comes to ergonomics for the brands’ mini gun versions. In our Hypervolt Go vs Theragun Mini comparison we gave more points to the Go. Theragun Mini may have a novel design but we don’t believe it’s the best ergonomic device. Using it for longer periods causes fatigue. Theraguns also look very similar and unlike Hypervolts, you may need to note a few things if you are going to identify one from the other.

EV chargers come in all shapes and sizes. The EO Mini Pro 2 is smaller than an iPad Mini, while the Zappi charger is comparatively enormous. The Hypervolt Home 2.0 charger has been designed, developed and manufactured to satisfy requirements, safety dispositions and norms in accordance with the directives presented in the declaration of conformity. Disposal An RCD is a safety device used to ensure that the charger stops supplying electricity in the event that there is an electrical fault to earth.
