About this deal

All of these Apps allow you to customize your headset so it performs the way you want, as well as allowing you to manage a single headset or a team.

The Jabra Evolve2 75 uses 8 strategically placed microphones, 4 of which are used when Active Noise Cancellation is on. You’ll get 4 hours of battery life after 15 minutes on the charger, 30% after 35 minutes, and 60% after 70 minutes. Something to help you concentrate better Just when you thought Jabra had introduced enough new headsets, they threw another one into the mix to put smiles on our faces.Soft memory foam molds to your ears’ natural contours, for incredible all-day comfort. Superior noise isolating design. The band over the top of your head is nearly completely covered in soft material over foam to rest comfortably on your head. The earcups rotate about 135 degrees so they can lie flat in the carrying case and then match the shape of your head for an optimal audio experience. Discreet mode refers to those times when you’re listening to music, a podcast etc, and you don’t need a boom microphone. Simply raise it up, and it stows out of your way, and out of sight, hence the references to discreet. Simply put, it sounds awesome. Then again, that’s my take. Yours might be different. Make sure to watch my review video so you can decide for yourself how well (or not so well) the Jabra Evolve2 75 sounds.

Today, we’re seeing a feature that’s becoming more common in wireless headsets. This is a feature referred to as Active Noise Cancellation, or ANC for short.

Performance mode refers to the times when you’re on a phone call, or video call and you want optimum sound quality. Powerful leak-tolerant 40mm speakers give you rich, high definition audio for your music and calls. More visible busylight. Needless to say, Jabra has put a lot of thought and effort into their software, and how it allows you to make settings that are just right for you. Other noteworthy features Some of the things you can do include updating your firmware, adjusting call settings, personalizing the audio equalizer, getting bug fixes, adjusting the Active Noise Cancellation and HearThrough features, managing a group of headsets from a single point, and more.

While you can use the left ear cup button to toggle between sound modes, you can also do this in the Moments section of the smartphone app. Battery percentage is also shown in the smartphone app. Daily usage experiences and conclusion Speaking of the microphone boom, Jabra engineered the mic boom used on the Evolve2 75 to be 33% shorter than the boom used on the Evolve 75. If you were to ask a group of people whether they preferred a boom arm that’s longer or shorter, I’m pretty sure most would answer shorter.

This means that if you care about having professional grade sound when on phone calls or when on a meeting, you simply can’t go wrong if you use an Evolve2 75.

The Jabra Evolve2 75 has been enhanced by the use of a new, powerful digital chipset. In fact there are three onboard chipsets that help to power and control the various features of this new wireless headset.Anyone tried these yet? I'm eager to find out how they compare to the Evolve2 85 model (my current daily driver)... The last thing you want is it to be heavy which can easily lead to pain and discomfort, but headaches as well. The lighter the better, and considering everything that’s gone into this headset, I’d say Jabra did a good job to keep the weight down. More on comfort I was less impressed with the sound quality when the mic boom was raised, but then again, when it’s raised, you’re probably going to be listening to music or some other audio, so sound quality in that mode isn’t critical. This assumes that the Active Noise Cancellation feature (which I’ll talk about shortly), is not being used. To give you an idea how much battery life you can expect if using ANC, the listening time, for example, reduces from 36 hours to 33. The Jabra Evolve2 75 isn’t a minor update to the former Evolve 75, it’s a complete overhaul. Included in that overhaul are sound qualities that place it light years ahead of its former self.
