About this deal

Centella Asiatica also often shows up in products that try to treat cellulite or striae. Of course, it cannot make a miracle but it might have some effect via regulating microcirculation and normalizing the metabolism in the cells of connective tissues. Known by many names, including Tiger Grass, Centella Asiatica Extract helps nourish skin and soothe irritation. The fan favorite is also known to help reduce redness. Water, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Butylene Glycol, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Lauryl Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, Hydrogenated C6-14 Olefin Polymers, Niacinamide, Zinc Oxide, Mica, Sodium Chloride, Iron Oxides (CI 77492), Disteardimonium Hectorite, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Iron Oxides (CI 77491), Zinc Stearate, Dextrin Palmitate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Aluminum Hydroxide, Caprylyl Glycol, Panthenol, Allantoin, Centella Asiatica Extract, Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Glycerin, Adenosine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Tocopherol, Madecassoside, Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid is the lightest shade but it’s actually not that different from #15, just a bit brighter and warmer. If you’re usually a warm light #21 or #15, this is probably your best match. The gentle ingredient is known to be a superstar when it comes to hydration. It helps to strengthen the skin barrier and protect it from external stressors.

My thoughts on!

Dextrin Palmitate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Aluminum Hydroxide, Caprylyl Glycol, Panthenol, Allantoin, Centella Asiatica Extract, Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Light to medium toned folks with normal to oily types looking for a super affordable base that feels like a tinted moisturizer but with the coverage of a light foundation. Dark skin tones can see if #31 is a match, otherwise it’s a pass.

This BB Cream comes in 6 shades, which is a lot more than your typical Korean brands, so props to them.

Shade 23 seem to be my best match but I do need a little yellow in it, so therefore I bought shade 23 and 27 (also it is good to have a darker shade since summer is coming up). Start with a minimal morning routine, that means just a hydrating toner, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Avoid silicone-heavy products and wait for the sunscreen to set first. This all helps prevent potential pilling.

I was surprised by how little product I needed to achieve my desired (light) coverage! At first I started with a regular pea-sized amount and ended up with buttery medium-full coverage, which isn’t bad, but felt a little heavy for my taste. Water, Titanium dioxide (UV filters), Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (UV filters), Cyclopentasiloxane (emollient), Butylene glycol (humectants), Ethylhexyl salicylate (UV filters), Cyclohexasiloxane (emollient), Lauryl Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone (skin-conditioning agents), Niacinamide (brightening), Hydrogenated (C6-14 Olefin) (emollient), Zinc oxide (UV filters), mica (color stabilizers), Sodium chloride (viscosity increasing agents), Zinc stearate (color stabilizers), Dextrin Palmitate (viscosity increasing agents), Disteardimonium Hectorite (color stabilizers), Sorbitan Oleate (emulsifiers), Centella Asiatica Extract (strengthens skin barrier), Madecassic Acid (strengthens skin barrier), Asiaticoside (strengthens skin barrier), Asiatic Acid (strengthens skin barrier), ka Frill glycol (emollient), Triethoxycaprylylsilane (color stabilizers), Aluminium hydroxide (skin protectants), Allantoin (skin-conditioning agents), Panthenol (strengthens skin barrier), Glycerin (humectants), Caprylhydroxamic acid (product stabilizers), Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolyme (viscosity increasing agents), Adenosine (improves wrinkles), 1,2-Hexanediol (stabilizers), Tocopherol (antioxidants), Iron Oxides (CI 77492) (colorants), Iron Oxides (CI 77491) (colorants), Iron Oxides (CI 77499) (colorants) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Aluminum Hydroxide, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Glycerin, Adenosine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Tocopherol, Madecassoside, Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid Initially dewy but sets to a satin finish. Doesn’t get oilier throughout the day for my dry skin, if anything any areas not properly moisturized beforehand will look patchy after a few hours. Minimal oxidation with shades 13 and 15. Madecassoside can also help in burn wound healing through increasing antioxidant activity and enhancing collagen synthesis. Asiaticoside was shown to increase antioxidant levels on rats skin when applied at 0.2%.The lasting power of Purito is slightly better, but it also depends on how you apply it so I don’t think this part is that important. BONIIK remains committed to keeping you updated on any external or unforeseeable circumstances that may impact our services. You can continue with the rest of your makeup routine, but I actually like to set with a setting spray first. This list of ingredients represents all options or variants of this product. Actual ingredients in a given product option may vary from this list. As for application method I always end up using my fingers. I do feel it look more natural if I do and I find it easy to apply with this method. The finish is natural and semi matt (on my dry skin). It doesn’t look like I have a ton of product on my face and it blends perfectly into my skin. Swatch shade 23 and 27

I’m a light and warm skin tone, am NC15 in MAC, and usually #21 in most Korean cushion shades. However thePurito #21 looked really off from official photos so I asked to try #13 and #15 as well, and you can see how they wear on my skin: Shades from top: #13, #15, #21 Hydrogenated C6-14 Olefin Polymers, Niacinamide, Zinc Oxide, Cyclohexasiloxane, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491), Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Sodium Chloride, The disadvantage of Titanium Dioxide is that it's not cosmetically elegant, meaning it's a white, "unspreadable" mess. Sunscreens containing Titanium Dioxideare often hard to spread on the skin and they leave a disturbing whitishtint. The cosmetic industry is, of course, really trying to solve this problemand the best solution so far is using nanoparticles. The itsy-bitsy Nano-sized particles improveboth spreadability and reduce the whitish tint a lot, but unfortunately, it also introduces new health concerns. Coverage: Medium coverage. Sometimes when I use more, it can look on the full coverage side, but that will have the tendency to look cakey or makeup-y if you have a lot of skin troubles or wrinkles. Someone with younger and firmer looking skin can get away with it though. BB Creams are not meant to be as buildable as foundations. I personally prefer to use this as medium coverage and it works well on redness, too. Sunscreen” wise, it’s a hybrid formula with zinc oxide, octisalate, and octinoxate. “Sunscreen” is in quotes because you’d look ridiculous if you tried using this as one.

Water, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Butylene Glycol, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Lauryl Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, One of the biological activities of thecentellosides isto be able to stimulate GAGs(glycosaminoglycans - polysaccharides that are part of the liquidy stuff between our skin cells), and especially hyaluronic acid synthesis in our skin. This is probably one of the reasons why Centella Asiatica Extract has nice skin moisturizingproperties that was confirmed by a 25 people, four weeks study along with Centella's anti-inflammatory effects. Purito Cica Clearing BB Cream does contain sun screen but you should always add a layer of sunscreen anyway simple due to that the amount in the BB cream is not enough protection.
