About this deal

The Melody of Awakening Dragon" can search " Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon", off of the Spell Card's Discard effect as can " Dragon Shrine/ Ravine", so that the Graveyard can be loaded with "Blue-Eyes" Monsters to be revived by " Silver's Cry" and " Return of the Dragon Lords". However, Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon’s effect does not apply to itself, and an opponent can destroy it with an effect. This monster is unable to protect itself. This limitation balances the card for fairness. Second Effect: For Synchro Monsters, Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon and Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon are a given because of their synergy with the archetype, acting as protection and floodgate respectively, and have their ways of Special Summoning Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

Shining Victories includes a new monster, " Dragon Spirit of White", who has the ability to banish an opponent's Spell or Trap Card whenever it is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned. It is also treated as a Normal Monster while in the hand or Graveyard, granting it synergy with cards like " Ancient Rules" and " Silver's Cry". Jet's 2nd effect is a continuous effect which protects your other cards from destruction by your opponent's card effects. This is great against cards with mass destruction like Lightning Storm, Twin Twisters, and Raigeki. Just note that this doesn't protect your cards from your own effects. A cheap way to protect your Dragons from targeted card effects would be to bring out Lord of D. This lets you access support like The Flute of Awakening Dragon that can Special Summon up to 2 Dragon-type monsters from your hand, and King Dragun which can provide protection and Special Summon abilities in one card. Furthermore, many cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! have effects to destroy other cards. You are very likely to activate Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon’s third effect. Your opponent can destroy one of your cards to trigger the conditions for the special summon.Konami loves creating new cards with good effects for Blue-Eyes. Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon has a large library of support. This effect monster is a perfect fit in the archetype and its current support. The jet made its first appearance by the end of the Battle City arc. After Marik's defeat by Yugi, Kaiba set up Alcatraz Island to self-destruct after the tournament. Kaiba and Mokuba used the Jet as their getaway transport, while Yugi and the others left the island by helicopter. Blue-Eyes White Dragon is one of the most iconic, most recognizable cards in all of Yu-Gi-Oh!, and over the years it has received quite a lot of support to supplement its unmatched firepower. Not many Normal Monsters in the game have received the kind of support that Blue-Eyes has, or makes them a core part of the strategy. It has even managed to win a Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship once upon a time.

Other cards you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s card effects. You can only use each of the following effects of “Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon” once per turn, and can only activate them while “Blue-Eyes White Dragon” is on your field or in your GY. If a card(s) on the field is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon this card from your GY (if it was there when the card was destroyed) or hand (even if not). At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles: You can target 1 card your opponent controls; return it to the hand. Apparition with Eyes of Blue is our final new card and it's a continuous spell. It has 2 effects which helps summon Blue-Eyes from your hand and maybe another monster along with it.

The jet was also shown in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light when Kaiba had to go meet Maximillion Pegasus on his own private island in seeking a way to finally defeat Yugi Muto/Yami Yugi. Apparition's 2nd effect lets you bounce a monster you control to summon a monster from your hand. If you bounced Blue-Eyes White Dragon, you can summon any monster from your hand. If you bounced anything else, you can only summon a Blue-Eyes monster from your hand. This effect synergizes with Apparition's 1st effect and is good for getting on the board. You can also use this effect to cycle your normal summons like Sage with Eyes of Blue. The card attributes that surround "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" (Level 8, LIGHT, Dragon, Normal Monster) gives it a large amount of external support. Examples include " Trade-In", " The Melody of Awakening Dragon", " Dragon Shrine", " Dragon Ravine", " Silver's Cry", and " Return of the Dragon Lords". Though the archetype has no archetypal Xyz boss monsters, the archetype's ability to swarm Level 8 monsters enables easy Xyz Summons of powerful Rank 8 monsters, such as " Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy".

When it comes to Yu-Gi-Oh, few cards are more iconic than the Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Released in the early 2000s, Blue-Eyes White Dragon and its archetype are among the most beloved cards in the game. It's also one of the most supported archetypes over the years. Jet's 1st effect activates if a card(s) on the field is destroyed by battle or card effect and lets you special summon it from the hand or GY. This effect is great over the course of a long game since you'll be able to get a lot of value out of it. Since Blue-Eyes is great at destroying stuff, you'll have no problem triggering this time and time again. Usually, these type of effects come with a clause where the monster will be banished if it leaves the field. But, fortunately for us, it seems like Kaiba paid off the creators to skip that part for an infinitely recurring Dragon. D.'s 2nd effect lets you discard a card that lists Blue-Eyes White Dragon in its text to special summon a Blue-Eyes monster from your GY. This effect is great for reviving any of your Blue-Eyes monsters including Fusions and Synchros if applicable. You can also use this effect to discard and revive Jet and Abyss Dragon since D.'s 1st effect will provide a Blue-Eyes in the GY. Be weary when you end your turn with three monsters on the field; three monsters from the opponent are the tribute requirements to bring out The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode. The archetype's main lower-level support monsters are all Level 1 LIGHT Tuner monsters, and can be divided into two types: the with Eyes of Blue Spellcasters, and the "White Stone" Dragons (" The White Stone of Ancients" and " The White Stone of Legend"). The "with Eyes of Blue" monsters focus on searching and interacting with Level 1 LIGHT Tuners and Special Summoning "Blue-Eyes" monsters, making them consistency boosters for both the archetype's low-level monsters and boss monsters. The "White Stone" monsters meanwhile can search out "Blue-Eyes" monsters if sent to the GY, and are commonly sent to GY by milling or discarding costs/effects from other cards. Their status as Level 1 Tuners lets them easily make archetypal and non-archetypal Level 9 Synchro boss monsters if summoned alongside a Level 8 "Blue-Eyes" monster. Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon requires a Blue-Eyes White Dragon in your graveyard or on your field to activate its third and fourth effects. The setup for the card will require a few resources from the duel, and the conditions will be set after a few turns during a game. It is a secondary monster due to the time of this effect. The effect to special summon itself provides huge value to this monster. You do not need to tribute monsters or pay a cost for Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon. You are not losing any resources to play this monster, and you may continue to use your current resources on the field. Fourth Effect:
