Likewise, many stories have a central character who is trying to accomplish some goal, but they have an enemy who’s trying to stop them. Sometimes that goal is just survival – the enemy is trying to kill or otherwise harm them, and they’re trying to stay alive. The enemy could be another person, but in science fiction or fantasy genres the enemy could be an alien or a supernatural entity. Conflict: PvE

Ooops, I almost forgot,” exclaimed Carolyn, rushing to the closet once more. After briefly searching, she turned with a small white patent leather clutch and a pair of white glace gloves in her hands. “We can't have you going and forgetting your purse, now can we Christine?” she grinned. The gloves, though snug, fit over my hands, ending just above the wrist in a ruffled lace cuff. She was so busy staring at her phone that she didn’t even notice her outfit changing as she walked into the bathroom. She absentmindedly tugged at her jeans to adjust her underwear which seemed to have gotten bunched up. Except her jeans seemed to disappear in her hand and she touched plastic. Neil done all of this to her. Before he left for work, he would give her enough baby formula to keep her full throughout the day, and it usually left her with no choice but to relieve herself before he got home.
