There’s supposed to be another Chainrasp Horde on the way - you can see the not-blue ones in the promotional art.

Firstly, prime I primed the models in Wraithbone spray. Most of the models up to now I’ve fully assembled and painted, though there may be some of the larger ones like the Mortis Engine I might sub-assemble/paint Harrowing Shriek (Triple, all Dreadscythe Harridans): A chance to prevent an enemy in range from moving or disengaging. Used mostly in vast groups as vanguard of Nagash’s armies, small detachments are extremely useful for delicate tasks thanks to their ethereal status and resistance to damage. new profiles have been added following the small release at the beginning of 2022: Scriptor Mortis, Krulghast Cruciator, Craven Huntmaster and Craventhrone Guard. Note that although the sprues allow alternative builds for the Daughters of Khaine models, there is no Warscroll included for these alternate builds)The Myrmourn banshees have a diabolical hunger, for they feast solely upon magic. No enemy spell is safe from the ravenous spirits, and they haunt the Mortal Realms in search of arcane energies to consume. Myrmourn Banshees are drawn to magic as carrion are drawn to the dead, and such is their bitterness toward life that any mortal creature in their way is likely to receive a swift jab from their cursed chill daggers. Out of the 18 balanced missions, 6 are combat based, requiring removing either the leader or different deployment groups. 9 are objective-based and 3 are mixed, movement/survival-based. The Nighthaunt have 2 leaders, and several fighter options, all with Fly, which gives them incredible maneuverability. Following the defeat of Nagash by Archaon, most of the dead are subjugated, imprisoned or destroyed – but the Nighthaunts including such forces as the Glowing Host and the Grimguard remain effective. If two of the dice show the same value, they can be used to activate a Double ability. If three show the same value, they can be used for a Triple ability, and so on.

Nighthaunt Fighter Types

Low. Nighthaunts have been through an interesting up and down. They used to do reasonably well, then faced a decline that they haven’t really recovered from. You’ll see the occasional list appear on tournaments but not as often as one would like. It suffers from early battletome syndrome and it’s just very hard for them to make up the lost ground of having inferior army traits to newer, fresher books. Nighthaunts vs. Legion of Grief
