With assistance from in-country trade advisors based at British embassies throughout the Middle East, EcoStyle will be holding a series of meetings with education ministries and educational distributors to introduce EcoStyle’s Renewable Energy Kits to the region. EcoStyle’s Managing Director Simon Hall said: ‘I have really enjoyed taking part in Bike Month, and it has motivated me to continue cycling into work. As an environmental organisation, cycling to work is an initiative we are keen to support. We’ll be looking at ways of increasing staff participation, including providing bicycles for our team.’ Paul Harper, Programme Director for Engineering Design at the University of Bristol, said: ‘I started using the EcoStyle Renewable Energy Kits as a teaching aid for university undergraduates ten years ago, and they have always been tremendously valuable. I have been hugely grateful for Simon’s support over the years, and it has been great to see the continuous development and expansion of the EcoStyle product range.’ The judges said: 'They have not jumped onto the environmental bandwagon - they have been driving it, combining local manufacturing with a global vision to make a big difference.'
