About this deal

Written and illustrated by Masasumi Kakizaki, Hideout was serialized in Shogakukan's seinen manga magazine Weekly Big Comic Spirits from June 14 to August 23, 2010. [2] [3] Shogakukan collected its nine chapters in a single tankōbon volume, released on November 30, 2010. [4] Chapter list [ edit ] No. owing to it's great art work. The character design is also well done but they may seem one dimensional. Even though I love the art work and it's style ,some panels including some major panels look like hot garbage and it is quite difficult to make out what exactly happened. This is only a small percentage of the manga though(maybe 3-4 panels). Now liberated from her oppressive life, Rea moves in with Chihiro, who will now have to utilize his knowledge of the undead to care for the adolescent female zombie.

This reads like the "cliche" horrors and thrillers of the 2000's, and I LOVE IT. In the afterword Kakizaki expresses his passion for the horror genre and the process and conditions of this oneshot's creation. The manga has been critiqued as mediocre and predictable, however I feel these are unfair inclinations. The Hollywood slasher formula works perfectly for the genre of horror and aesthetic portrayed in this, not to mention the art and paneling draws out a sense of genuine unease.Ever the skeptic, Battler doesn't believe in the occult. But when so many around him turn up dead, he is forced to question whether it was the work of magic or the machinations of someone among them.

story : hideout is a short ( only one volume + 9 chapters ) horror story that is about a husband ( seiichi ) and wife trying to fix their broken down marriage ( although the wife doesn’t even care ) . all seiichi ever wanted was a small , happy family as that is something he did not have growing up . one day everything goes downhill due to his son’s death which everyone blames him for , including his wife . they decide to go on a small vacation and that is where things took a dark turn . the story wasn’t rushed , the pace was well kept and each chapter left me wanting more to find out what happens next Even so, Utsutsu remains unyielding in his resolve to protect his sister, even if he has to sacrifice his own body for her sustenance. Nevertheless, all of their problems have only just begun, as they uncover the mysteries behind the horrors that afflict them. Whatever, short, sweet, entertaining. But by no means the best.I think you're seeing it the wrong way, the manga tells a little story and more than all, portrays an atmosphere, which is greatly delivered by the artwork and the storytelling.art : i quite liked the art and the detail that went into it , like the rain and character designs , especially the little boy in the cave . it felt a bit off at times and i couldn’t make out what was happening in some of the scenes at first glance but i still really liked it . the art created a good atmosphere for the type of story it was Arte: Jesús bendito, que increíble dibujo el que tiene este hombre Kakizaki Masasumi un nombre para recordar, literalmente lo que te engancha, lo que te atrapa durante todo el recorrido del manga es este increíble y sublime estilo de arte, que dibujo tan limpio e increíble, hace mucho tiempo que no leía algo y no podía detenerme, cada página que pasaba deseaba más y más, hubo momentos de suspenso que a pesar de que pasaba las páginas por mi mismo sentía el terror al pasarlo porque el dibujo transmite las emociones tal cual el autor quería expresarlas, cada fragmento de lluvia, de pelo de suciedad todo se ve tal cual como debe verse es increíble en verdad como alguien puede dibujar tan espléndido. Claymore follows the stoic and low-ranking member Clare in her daunting trek as she searches for personal vengeance. Along the way, she encounters many unexpected things about the world, from the camaraderie and hope held fast by her sisters-in-arms to the sinister truth behind the Claymore Organization.

Maybe my wild interpretation is totally false and I'am just schizoposting. But I like doing this. Whenever the mangaka did this on purpouse or on accident does not matter. He still choose to write the story this way. High schooler Shiina Shinya thinks that all girls are pretty much good-for-nothing, mostly because he doesn't understand them at all. That doesn't stop him from being surrounded by strange girls! Tsubasa Tooka, a cute, much-admired girl, stalks him. Shikimura Masami is majorly into masochism, and has recruited Shinya into her play sessions. Ikari Satsuki seems suspiciously interested in the recent serial stabbings, and seems to want to drag Shinya into it. Banjou Yoruko, a normally quiet, bookish girl, has decided she and Shinya are bound up in some fantasy setting. Uchida Yumeji is the school's sleeping beauty, who spends all of her time in the infirmary because she requires so much sleep. Shinya brings her newspapers, so she can keep up with current events in the short time she spends awake. Lastly, Okui Akane is convinced she is a vampire. For all Shinya knows, it could be true, but in practice it just means that he has to let her drink his blood. How will Shinya deal with all these good-for-nothing girls that complicate his life? Kirishima Seiichi’s life has so far been full of ups and downs— recurring letdowns in his career as a writer, the tragic death of his son and to top it all, the cold and distant attitude of his wife. With the alleged intention of overcoming the loss of their son and starting over a new life, Kirishima takes his wife on a peaceful island vacation. However, behind Beginning as an adaptation of one of the hit anime's drama CDs, Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica: The Different Story is a tale of the relationship between two magical girls shown from an alternate perspective. Even in a manga as short as this, the characters have been depicted quite well. Kirishima Seiichi, the protagonist, comes across as an ordinary writer who only wished to make a decent living out of his writing and live happily with his family but then things start to topple over. His wife Miki adds to his despair by repeatedly reminding him of his failures and that he is at fault for everything. And then there is the ‘beast’ whose sole purpose of existence is to create terror. The family seems to resemble the three of the cast, most notably when Juun is compared to the cave boy... what does this even mean? I feel like this story has a case of "The Cage of Eden" where it doesn't even know what its own ending is suppose to mean. The most logical conclusion I can draw from this is that everything that happened is a hallucination of sorts and he went crazy from the constant droning of his in-law's, killed them both as depicted in the last couple chapters, and forced his living wife and son to the cave where they lived their lives eating tourists. Makes a bit of sense given the fact that he never refers to them as his "new wife and child" just his "wife and child", although its still a stretch and I feel I'm thinking too much into it. The characters are difficult to relate to for me possibly because they are just meant to be read the way they are. They were not fleshed out enough to pop out from the story itself.

Seichi Kirishima: A former writer and the husband of Miki Kirishima. After losing his son, he brought his wife on a vacation on which he planned on murdering her. As a huge fan of the horror genre and horror manga, I can confidently say that this is a worthwhile read as long as you're not expecting to be blown away. Here some things you need to consider:During the annual Cotton Drifting Festival, Keiichi learns that there have been murders and disappearances for the past few years in the aftermath of the celebration. Referred to as "Oyashiro's Curse," the suspicious townsfolk say that those who anger Hinamizawa's patron god will be cursed to die or disappear. At first, he believes that such things are mere folk tales meant to scare misbehaving children. But when a murder and a disappearance occur after the festival and his friends refuse to talk about the strange events in the village, Keiichi begins to wonder if his new friends may have something to do with the horrific events—and if he might be the next to die. Battler, Kinzou's grandson, has returned to Rokkenjima after a six year absence, expecting the gathering to go smoothly. However, his eccentric grandfather has other plans; he enacts a bizarre game, challenging everyone to find his hidden gold. The one who finds it also receives the most coveted reward of all: the leadership of the family. However, their game is beset with violence and murder when the participants are used as "sacrifices" to revive the Millennial Witch of Rokkenjima, Beatrice. With his arm now permanently coated in a mysterious material, Shintarou is told by a spectating owl that the now dead monster was once human. He was affected by a "Mad Xenopus," a frog-like creature that takes control of its host and changes its physical body. Shintarou initially ignores the creatures' existence. However, after one of them takes control of his soon-to-be wife, he decides to fight and eradicate the former humans to survive.
