Dilwyn the Welsh Dragon focuses on the Royal Mint building based in South East Wales and how they make all our country’s money. The illustrations are beautiful and oh-so colourful – particularly capturing the kind spirit of Dilwyn so well, even when he’s warding off the robbers with his fiery breath and burning the robbers bottoms in a laugh out loud moment. We are super excited to tell you all about the New Children book about the Magical Red Welsh Dragon Dilwyn that is being launched this November from The Royal Mint based here in Wales. We love that it’s one of those stories that little ones can get lost in the magic of, and then at the very end find out that parts of the story are real. It takes us on an adventure when a magical egg hatches inside pile of golden coins and out pops the cutest little red dragon they named Dilwyn, which means truth.
