About this deal

Once you are happy with the outcome it is time to apply Rust-Oleum Furniture Finishing Wax. This protects the paint finish and is really easy to apply. Just simply take an old rag or paint brush and work the wax into the paint work a little at a time. Leave this to dry for 10 minutes then buff the surface with a clean, dry cloth to remove any excess wax. From here this will then just take 15 minutes to dry fully. Add any finishing touches to your item and the look will be complete. Application: Apply when temperature is between 10 and 30ºC. Stir thoroughly prior to use. The product may be applied by brush or roller. If applying by brush, apply evenly following the grain of the wood. If rollering, use a short nap mohair roller. Two coats are recommended. A water-based gloss - makes it easy to clean brushes and rollers - it provides a durable and long-lasting finish that is easy to wipe. If you want to achieve a distressed finish on your piece of furniture, apply one coat of the base colour, and one coat of the top colour. If you are painting a chair, a brush is the best option to get into all parts. Start at the top and work your way down.
