(“Whiskybase”, “we” or “us”, company details below) offers a whisky enthusiasts online platform that provides its members access to the most comprehensive, transparent and trusted resource of whisky bottles and allows and stimulates its members to contribute information about whisky bottles to the platform (“Service”).The Service has been prepared by us solely for information purposes to Members and the Service is based on information we consider reliable and we obtain the contents of the Service from a number of different third party sources (including Contributions), but we do not endorse, support, represent, warrant or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the Services and any information therein. The nose is actually a lovely thing but the palate just doesn't quite deliver for me meaning its actually rather forgettable unfortunately.

We grant to registered Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Service and to view its contents (“License”). First-fill means it is the first-time whiskey has been added to these casks, giving Bushmills single malt beautifully intense vanilla notes that evolve into creamy crème brûlée over time, complemented by gentle waves of cinnamon spice. Some of the data that are collected include the number of visitors, their source, and the pages they visit anonymously. The sherry cask didn't offer anything new or improved over the excellent Black Bush or the 12 year old Distillery Reserve and was more expensive.Bourbon Cask Reserve is the result of a long-standing relationship with master coopers from Louisville, Kentucky, who reserved American white oak, custom-charred bourbon casks to mature this whiskey. The fact that they are all now available for sale at the distillery would tell a story in and of itself. Accents of fresh honey and biscuit entwine distinctive toasted oak aromas, with the double charred American Oak cask accentuating the warm wood sweetness and vanilla scents. Second up was the Port Cask Reserve fully matured in ruby port pipes sourced from the Douro Valley in Portugal. Each and every Member must be of legal drinking age in its country of residence to be allowed to use the Service.
