Seeing how Drew and his team worked with each other with the challenges they face whilst keeping the kids at the forefront of everything kept me watching. Drew is phenomenal at listening and gives fantastic tips and ideas on how to improve both work and life performance. The Povey brothers are inspiring and what they and the whole Team Harrop have achieved is astonishing.

I didn't warm to Drew when I started watching the Educating series, in fact of all the series he was my least favourite Head.
