I must say the crazy looking bottle contains a solid dry rum, reasonably smooth, light nose of coffee, chocolate and spices, the taste is dark chocolate, coffee, spices, bit of vanilla and a hint of charred oak, the aftertaste resembles dry red wine. Shake all ingredients with crushed ice, pour into a Tiki Kon Collins glass, and garnish with 3 cherries and a spear of pineapple.
