Have been using Milkit valves for a couple of years - mostly good but the plastic valve tube gets twisted/stuck often. If you need somewhere to stash small essential items it is perfect, if you have multiple bikes, get two sets of mounts and just swap the bag between bikes. You can either seat the tyre without sealant and then pump sealant through the valve, or seat the tyre with sealant in. In the real world the rider accounts for 60% of drag and the savings generated by wearing a aero helmet are soon lost if the rider needs to move their head to every time they view their computer.
