About this deal

For clean, soft and hydrated skin, we recommend 2-steps to Double Cleanse and 2-steps to Double Moisture. Literally just rub it on my face, close my eyes, gently doing circular motions on my eyelashes and rinse the oil off my face and it's all make up free!

While the essential oils might be an issue for the most delicate of sensitive skins, I adore the scent they add: the lavender puts me on the sleepy train to Dreamland, every time. The olive oil we use in our products is from an organic farm in Spain; it is refined and purified in our labs in Japan. While I’d never choose to put a product directly into my eyes, it’s hard to completely avoid this happening when taking off eye makeup. I have been using DHC cleansing oil for 25 years…I wear sunscreen daily and foundation 5 days out of 7.I love that this does not leave a film or oily residue on my skin, and actually leaves my skin feeling effectively cleansed yet it does not strip my skin too much of its natural oil compared to other cleansers. One of the big plusses for me is that this product is really straightforward and simple with only 8 ingredients and does not contain alcohol or artificial fragrances.

You essentially massage this into your skin for a minimum of 5 minutes very gently and you'll begin to feel small bits on your skin. The oil is very lightweight compared to your typical heavy duty oil cleansers, and as such should be paired with a secondary cleanser, ideally milk or foam. For an even deeper clean, experience the double cleanse regimen with DHC Mild Soap or your favorite DHC face wash. Me encanta como me deja la piel, súper suave, nada grasa y te limpia absolutamente todo tipo de maquillaje. It does remove make up well including waterproof mascara, however it does feel like you're literally rubbing olive oil on your face (which I guess you kind of are).

After massaging it into the face, when washing it off with water, the oil emulsifies into a milky consistency/appearance. Your hands are the best tools because they can be used to move the product thoroughly over your complexion while gently stimulating pores and dislodging oily buildup. Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sorbeth-30 Tetraoleate, Pentylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopherol, Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil. Its botanical formulation features antioxidant-rich organic olive oil to soften and protect against free radical damage, and rosemary leaf oil to gently moisturise.

It leaves my skin feeling really clean, no residue, and with no tightness unlike many other products I've tried. One of the things I really like about the packaging of the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, is that it comes with a wedge to stop the pump from being pushed down accidentally. If I’m pressed for time, I just do a little eye massage, pressing just above my tear duct, middle of my eyebrow, and lowest inner corner of my eye bags, then circling along the orbital bone. I was breaking out a lot before using it but it got rid of a load of sebaceous filaments and my skin has been clear since. Its water-soluble formula effectively lifts away makeup and impurities and rinses clean effortlessly leaving your skin feeling nourished and hydrated with a radiant glow. I used to work for DHC almost 12 years ago as a skincare advisor, and that’s where I discovered all of their fantastic products, one of which stood out the most and has since been my holy grail oil cleanser: their best selling DHC Deep Cleansing Oil! I haven’t tried removing foundation with the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, but it did take my powder and brow products off quickly and easily. This 1st step oil cleanser is a favourite among Asian beauty enthusiasts such as myself, and it’s a great all rounder that is perfect for cleansing oil beginners.
