About this deal

The author Rhonda Byrne is a true alchemist herself and this book is for sure her initiative to turn each of the thirsty soul to a chemist's themselves. You will have heard sayings like, “Whatever goes around comes around,” “You reap what you sow,” and “You get what you give.” Well, all ofthose sayings are describing the same law, and they’re also describing a principle of the Universe that the great scientist Sir Isaac Newtondiscovered. Choose three of the closest relationships to be grateful for. You may include God/Guru, parents, spouse, children, siblings, friends, mentors/teachers, colleagues. Any relation. Since I saw the Secret, I've consistently kept a gratitude journal. I know that in my role as carer for my Grandma who has dementia that gratitude has helped me find super-reserves of patience as I promote her dignity and independence. I also know that I stil have days — sometimes straight after writing my gratitude journal — where I lose patience and flare-up. I'm still human, and I'm grateful for that.

Choose one difficult/ problem relationship to improve. The person may or may not be with you, or in your life. List down as many things as possible for you to be grateful to the other person. Even if there is none, think of some good qualities.

VIMP: Don’t just throw away ‘ Thank You’, give reasons. When you say ‘Thank You’, look into the eyes of other person and mean it. It makes both happy. You can sense your own happiness.

You were full of excitement when you lost a tooth, because it meant the Tooth Fairy would be coming that night, and you would count downthe days to that magical night of Christmas! Even though you had no idea how Santa Claus could get to every child in the world in one night, somehow he did it, and he never let you down. Child does so many mistakes of all kinds before it learns. There is no other way. They never worry what others think. It is automatic/natural. Why adults are so hard on themselves. Everyone makes mistakes. Perfection doesn’t happen overnight. Attitude about the mistakes makes the difference. We get into trouble due to ego and comparison. You will be captivated while you read this life-changing knowledge, but without practicing what you learn, the knowledge will slip throughyour fingers, and the opportunity that you attracted to easily change your life will be gone. To ensure this doesn’t happen to you, you need topractice gratitude over 28 days, so that you impregnate your cells and your subconscious mind with it. Only then will it change your life –permanently. Nevertheless, Byrne is on to something important in this book, and I found that making myself slog through it helped me to get in touch with the power of gratitude to transform my experience of life. As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”i could write on here so many other things that happened to me shortly after reading the book. i will mention a few more because i want people to understand that this book totally changed my life. st thing in the morning, ‘Count your blessings’. Write down anywhere. List 10 blessings you are grateful for. Degree of feeling is important.
