Reading this book is like having a chat with a knowledgable great friend, who can see things for what they are and name them in a really honest way. I did find the dating and friendship sections a little repetitive at times (possibly because I was reading in big chunks) but the great thing about this book is you can go back and forth between sections. Sent pictures of various pages to my friends and I know I’ll be referring back to it at times of need.
