I got this book, when i was in year 8, so 3 years ago, but i never read it, because i was nto into reading then, but the book is signed and i met the Author!! But one day they escape. They’re looking for freedom, for a promised land where they can start really living. Instead they find prejudice, and danger of another kind. However, sadly I just didn’t connect with any of the characters and it took me a while to finish this book due to that as I just wasn’t invested in the story. It just wasn’t a read for me but the premise was fantastic and the topics handled really well,
